Skilling Queenslanders for Work provides skills development, training and job opportunities to unemployed, disengaged or disadvantaged Queenslanders through a suite of targeted skills and training programs.

You Care's Community Works Skills program has been developed to provide participants with the employability skills, accredited training & opportunities in the Traffic Control industry to assist with filling local employment gaps in the industry across Far North Queensland. We have collaboratively designed a successful program, which includes accredited training, presentations from local employers, work experience & support from local Mental Health organisations aimed to support you on your way to employment.
